Hayley Saunders has joined the Northern Mystics for the upcoming trans-Tasman netball championship as a replacement player, after the Mystics lost two defenders.
Silver Fern Anna Harrison is pregnant with her first child and Charlotte Kight is out for the season with injury.
Saunders previously played for the Southern Steel from 2010 to 2012.
