Wildcats hope to fix shooting problems

The Perth Wildcats forward Shawn Redhage is confident his team can turn around its recent shooting woes and keep its Australian basketball championship hopes alive.

The New Zealand Breakers are 1-0 up in the best-of-three grand final series after beating Perth 79-67 last Sunday in Auckland, where the Wildcats only landed 28 percent of their field goal attempts.

Game two will be played at Perth Arena tomorrow night, and Redhage said the Wildcats' confidence hasn't been dented by the poor shooting display.

He says the Wildcats weren't themselves offensively in Auckland but they'll make adjustments and play a lot better on Friday.

The Wildcats have won their past 14 games at Perth Arena, including their last two matches against the Breakers in the regular season.
