The Central Coast Mariners will take on Western Sydney Wanderers in the A-League grand final after beating Melbourne Victory 1-0 in the second semi-final on Sunday night.
Danny McBreen's 42nd minute strike earned the Mariners their fourth final appearance.
They will meet the Western Sydney debutants in Sydney next Sunday.
The Wanderers beat Brisbane Roar on Friday night.
