Former All Blacks coach called to account by SANZAR

6:09 am on 24 May 2013

The former All Blacks coach Sir Graham Henry will have to answer to a SANZAR judicial hearing following his criticism of Super rugby referees.

SANZAR alleges Henry has breached the competition's code of conduct.

Following the Blues' loss to the Crusaders last week the assistant coach suggested referees had become too pedantic with their decisions, rather than focussing on blatant offences, and he described the television match official as "blind".

Henry's comments prompted a rebuke from his successor as All Blacks coach Steve Hansen.

The misconduct hearing will be via teleconference on Sunday.
