Hurricanes prop Jeffery Toomaga-Allen's knee injury has ruled him out of Super Rugby for eight weeks, effectively ending his season.
Toomaga-Allen, who was named in the first All Blacks wider training group, suffered a knee ligament tear in the Hurricanes' loss to the Chiefs, but he doesn't require surgery.
