Otago have bounced back from their loss to Saints this week by beating Waikato 97-80 in their National Basketball League clash in Hamilton.
Despite the relatively large margin of victory, it was a closer game than the score line suggested as the Pistons were trailing by only four points with under four minutes remaining in the third quarter.
Otago are top of the table with a nine and one record, while winless Waikato are bottom of the table.
