The National Rugby League has issued the Warriors with a 18 thousand dollar breach notice after prop Russell Packer urinated on the field prior to the start of last night's match against the Brisbane Broncos at Lang Park.
The NRL's General Manager of Football Operations, Nathan McGuirk, says that sort of behaviour is completely unacceptable and there is no excuse for it.
The Warriors will have five working days to make submissions in relation to the breach notice.
