Womens hockey team beats Belgium

The New Zealand women's hockey team has beaten Belgium 4-2 to claim second spot in their group and will play Japan in the World League quarter-finals in Rotterdman.

Krystal Forgesson, Kayla Sharland and Gemma Flynn all scored in the first half, while Katie Glynn added the 4th just after the break.

Belgium scored twice late in the game.

Meanwhile the Black Sticks men are top of their group and play India in their last pool match tonight.
