The New Zealand Breakers have gone top of the Australian National Basketball League table, without even playing a game.

The bottom placed Gold Coast Blaze beat the Adelaide 36ers 103-94, while the Wollongong Hawks beat the Cairns Taipans 112-105.

The Breakers travel to Australia today to take on Wollongong tomorrow night and the Sydney Spirit on Saturday night.
