Hiddink meets Chelsea players

9:15 am on 15 February 2009

New manager Guus Hiddink has met Chelsea's players for the first time after taking over from the sacked Luiz Felipe Scolari.

The Dutchman, who has agreed a deal until the end of the English Premier League football season while also remaining in charge of Russia, watched a training session in London.

Hiddink will not officially take over until Monday but is expected to be at Chelsea's FA Cup fifth round tie at Championship Watford this weekend.

Assistant manager Ray Wilkins, who took over on a temporary basis when Scolari was sacked earlier this week, will be in charge at Watford.
