Taylor says NZ wickets better now than when India last toured

2:03 pm on 24 February 2009

The New Zealand batsman Ross Taylor says the Indian cricketers can expect the wickets to be a lot better than they have been in previous years for their tour which starts with a Twenty20 match in Christchurch tomorrow night.

The Indians have a poor record in New Zealand and on their last tour in 2002, India lost both tests inside three days on seaming wickets prepared to suit the home team bowlers.... they also lost the one-day series 5-2.

Taylor says that probably won't be the case this time....
