The Hurricanes rugby wing Hosea Gear says the knee's right, the confidence back, and so is he - if Colin Cooper will let him.
Gear has been out of Super 14 rugby action since round seven, when he tore his posterior cruciate ligament during the Hurricanes' win over the Lions in Johannesburg.
Since then he's had to sit on the sidelines as David Smith and Tamati Ellison have taken their opportunities well, but after a stint in club rugby Gear says he's ready for a return.
the Hurricanes play the Queensland Reds in Brisbane on Saturday.
