Nelson Giants have secured a win on the final buzzer over the Auckland Stars in their round ten National Basketball league match.
Phil Jones sank the vital three pointer to give the Giants a 75-73 win, and put them top of the table.
The second placed Waikato Pistons beat Hawkes Bay 77-73.
