An injunction sought by Ferrari to prevent Formula One's governing body from introducing a budget cap next season will be decided tonight by a French court.
Formula one's most successful and glamorous team have threatened to quit if the FIA presses ahead with its optional 100-million dollar budget cap for next year, and Ferrari have support from the Renault, Toyota and Red Bull teams.
