The Bangalore Royal Challengers have beaten the Chennai Super Kings by six wickets in the second Indian Premier League cricket semi-final in Johannesburg.

Chennai Super Kings made 146 for five in their 20 overs at the New Wanderers Stadium but Bangalore reached 149 for four with an over and a ball to spare.

The New Zealand cricketer Ross Taylor struck an unbeaten 17 while his batting partner, the Indian all rounder Virat Kohli, struck the winning runs off the bowling of fellow Black Cap Jacob Oram.

So Bangalore now meet the Deccan Chargers tomorrow at the same venue in the final.
