The Australian cricket team's new coach Darren Lehmann has revealed a new opening batsman for the first Ashes test against England starting next week at Trent Bridge.
The 35-year-old left hander Chris Rogers hasn't played a test since his debut against India five years ago, but he's amassed nearly 20,000 first class runs and has a tremendous record in English county cricket.
Australia start their final tuneup for the test series tonight, against the county side Worcester.
