The retiring fast bowler Chris Martin says his one cricketing regret is that he never spent more time practising his batting when he was younger.
The 38-year-old has retired after playing 71 tests, 20 one day internationals and six Twenty20 Internationals for New Zealand.
He's taken 233 test wickets to sit behind only Dan Vettori and Sir Richard Hadlee on the Black Caps' all-time test wicket-taking list.
But he'll be just as much remembered for his batting skills, or rather the lack of them, scoring 123 runs in 104 test innings with a highest score of just 12 not out.
Martin says he never had many good days with the bat and he'll have to live with his poor record, but hopes his bowling will one day be all anyone talks about.
