Warriors winning streak ends in Perth

The Warriors have had their winning streak snapped after being blown away in the second half to lose 30-13 to the National Rugby League leaders South Sydney in Perth on Sunday night.

They headed west on the back of an unexpected five straight wins to put themselves back into finals contention and produced a high quality first half at Nib Stadium.

Tries to the captain Simon Mannering and the centre Konrad Hurrell set up a 13-6 lead at the break.

However the top-of-the-table Rabbitohs put on a show in the second half to dampen the spirits of the predominantly pro-Warriors support in the stands.

Second-half tries to John Sutton, a double to the West Australian, Bryson Goodwin, and a late four-pointer to Chris McQueen lifted the Rabbitohs to a fifth-straight victory.
