Manchester United insist Wayne Rooney is not for sale but have kept tight-lipped about Chelsea's fresh bid for their star striker.
Manager Jose Mourinho confirmed from Bangkok that he'd made a "clean" and "ethical" offer for Rooney, worth a reported 10 million pounds, though its understood United have turned down the bid.
