The Olympic discus thrower Traves Smikle has become the fourth Jamaican athlete in four days to reveal a positive doping test.
The positive test came after being test at last month's recent Jamaica National Trials.
He joins former world 100 metres record-holder Asafa Powell, Olympic 4x100 relay silver medallist Sherone Simpson and fellow discus thrower Allison Randall, as athletes to confirm doping violations from the Jamaican trials.
