Team New Zealand not only picked up another point in the America's Cup challenger series in its latest unopposed race but also set a record speed for America's Cup 72-foot catamarans.
Team New Zealand, again sailing solo in San Francisco with the continued absence of Swedish challenger Artemis Racing, hit 44.15 knots or almost 82 kilometres an hour, beating the previous mark of 43 knots.
