The Silver Ferns shooter, Irene van Dyk, has joined the Pulse netball franchise for next season's ANZ Championship.
The Wellington based Van Dyk has played for the Waikato-Bay of Plenty Magic for the past 11 seasons.
Her decision comes hard on the heels of the defection of fellow Magic player and Silver Fern Laura Langman to the Northern Mystics.
Van Dyk says she's looking forward to a fresh challenge as she looks to build her future closer to home.
