IOC boss glad he doesn't have to vote on 2016 host

The International Olympic Committee president Jacques Rogge says the race to win the right to host the 2016 Games is too close to call and he's glad he doesn't have a vote.

Rogge's declared himself pleased will all four candidate cities, Chicago, Tokyo, Madrid and Rio de Janeiro, after they each completed a 90-minute presentation to IOC members in Lausanne in Switzerland.

The final presentations will be made in Copenhagen in October, when the host for the 2016 Games will be announced.
