The International Olympic Committee president Jacques Rogge says the race to win the right to host the 2016 Games is too close to call and he's glad he doesn't have a vote.
Rogge's declared himself pleased will all four candidate cities, Chicago, Tokyo, Madrid and Rio de Janeiro, after they each completed a 90-minute presentation to IOC members in Lausanne in Switzerland.
The final presentations will be made in Copenhagen in October, when the host for the 2016 Games will be announced.
