Tottenham Hotspur are confident of keeping their midfielder, Gareth Bale, after opening new contract talks with the Wales international.
Bale signed a new four year contract with the North London club last year, but multiple reports have linked the 24-year-old with a move to the Spanish club, Real Madrid.
The Tottenham coach Andre Villas-Boas says talks over a contract improvement are underway and they're confident their star will stay at the club.
