Advice from Brian Lochore aids All Blacks in build up to second test

A simple piece of advice from former New Zealand captain and World Cup-winning coach Brian Lochore will help motivate the All Blacks, ahead of their second test against France in Wellington tomorrow.

The All Blacks coach Graham Henry says Lochore told them they were ready for the battle but not the war, meaning they only understood what was required after they'd experienced it.

The All Blacks were well beaten by a superb defensive effort from the French last week and Henry says the side's been concentrating on the lessons learned to prepare for tomorrow night.

He says while it's been a big learning curve for several players if they haven't learnt they'll be again struggle.
