City, Spurs and Gunners games still to show on Sky

Sky Television is fighting back after losing its English Premier League football rights to a new online rival, by doing a back-door deal with three top EPL clubs' own TV stations.

Sky will now screen delayed coverage of all the Premier League games played by Manchester City, Tottenham Hotspur and Arsenal, as well as the trio's Champions League, FA Cup and League Cup games.

The pay-TV network has the right to screen one more EPL club's games too - likely to be champions Manchester United, as new Freeview channel Sommet Sports has already secured the rights to title-chasing Chelsea.

New national player Coliseum out-bid Sky to secure the Premier League rights for the next two seasons, on an online platform modelled on that used by the NFL and NBA competitions.
