The former All Black hooker Hika Elliott has joined Counties Manukau for the upcoming national provincial competition.
Elliott, who just helped his Chiefs win back to back Super Rugby titles, was unwanted by Hawke's Bay but will now play for Tana Umaga's Steelers in the ITM Cup.
