Brendan Rodgers has told Luis Suarez he must apologise to his Liverpool team-mates and the football club's fans who he insists deserve better from the controversial Uruguayan.
The Reds boss, speaking after his side squandered a hatful of chances in their 1-0 friendly defeat to Celtic in Dublin, also reiterated his stance that the striker, who's away on international duties, is not for sale under any circumstances.
And now he's told the player to admit the error of his ways by showing some contrition ahead of the beginning of the Premier League season, which kicks off with Liverpool's clash with Stoke on Sunday.
Rodgers says Suarez is world class and when he's committed the club will welcome him back with open arms.
