No surprises for All Blacks

6:12 am on 15 August 2013

A largely predictable All Blacks team has been named to play Australia in the first Bledisloe Cup and Rugby Championship test of the year in Sydney on Saturday.

Andrew Hore's won the starting hooker's spot in an otherwise expected lineup, while uncapped Canterbury midfielder Ryan Crotty makes the bench and could make his debut at ANZ Stadium.

Crotty has been selected to cover both second-five and centre.

Otherwise it's a largely predictable All Blacks team.

Prop Charlie Faumuina is on the bench set to make his return after injury which wrecked most of his Super Rugby season.

Coach Steve Hansen says they've prepared well this week, the expectation is to go over there and play with real intensity, physicality and accuracy.
