The Spanish motorcyclist Marc Marquez's amazing MotoGP rookie run has continued with victory in the Indianapolis Grand Prix - the Honda rider's fourth win of his debut season.
The 20-year-old took the lead on lap 13 and went on to finish ahead of his countryman and Honda teammate Dani Pedrosa.
Yamaha rider Jorge Lorenzo of Spain - the reigning world champion - was third.
At the Circuit of the Americans race in Austin, Texas, he became the youngest rider in series history to win a pole and a race.
He failed to reach the podium only once this year, after a crash at a race in Mugello in June.
Marquez has a 21 point lead over Pedrosa in the standings.
