Fulham have signed the England midfielder Scott Parker from Tottenham for an undisclosed fee.
32 year old Parker, who appeared to be on the verge of a deal with second tier Queens Park Rangers last week, has opted to stay in the Premier League.
Parker has won 18 caps for England, and Fulham will be his fifth London club.
