The England spin bowler Monty Panesar who has just been released from his county side Sussex, says he's determined to regain his place in the England test team.

31-year-old Panesar was fined by police for urinating on bouncers after he was ejected from a Brighton nightclub early this month, and after Sussex conducted their own investigation into the incident, they confirmed Panesar had played his last game for the county side.

The left-arm spinner played his last test for England in Auckland in March, but he was in the squad for the drawn third Ashes test against Australia, and he's determined to regain his place in the national side.

Panesar's wife is believed to be filing for divorce.
