The Barcelona striker Samuel Eto'o is reported to be considering a "stratospheric offer" that could make him the world's highest paid footballer.
Barcelona's president Joan Laporta says the "enormous" offer has come from Manchester City and the Cameroon striker will find it hard to refuse.
Barcelona are negotiating with Eto'o over a possible extension to his contract, which runs out next year.
