The New Zealand tennis player Marina Erakovic has won her opening round singles match at the latest WTA tournament in Quebec.
Erakovic, the 6th seed, beat Mallory Burdette of the United States in 3 sets.
Erakovic's second round opponent is yet to be found at the 300 thousand dollar indoor event.
