Striker Charlotte Harrison's been dumped from the national women's hockey squad.
The 183-test 24-year-old's only made the development squad and Harrison's demotion comes after her younger sister Samantha was left out last year.
Uncapped 19-year-old Canterbury striker Sophie Cocks comes into the squad along with 18-year-old Auckland defender Elizabeth Thompson, while the versatile Rhiannon Dennison earns re-selection after a year away.
Stacey Michelsen and Katie Glynn are back following major knee injuries, though Michelsen won't be fit until February, so the national selectors have extended the squad to 26 players.
There's some big tournaments coming up for both the Black Sticks men's and women's squads - as well as next year's Glasgow Commonwealth Games, there's the women's World League Final starting in November in Argentina, the men's World League Final in January in India, and May's World Cup in the Netherlands - as well as the four nations Oceania Cup tournament, starting in late October in New Plymouth.
