Team New Zealand will have to wait until Friday at the earliest to win the America's Cup.

The New Zealanders won Thursday's first race, but the second was postponed because of high winds.

Dean Barker's crew moved to within one win of lifting the Cup after scoring a 15-second victory in the 11th race.

The day's second race was called off, due to high winds.

Team New Zealand leads 8-1 in the race to nine wins.

Two races are scheduled for Friday.
