Australia's ended its record five test losing streak, beating the Silver Ferns 47-45 in the second Constellation Cup netball test in Auckland last night.
The Silver Ferns produced an error performance as the Diamonds levelled the five match series at one game all, after New Zealand won the opening test in Invercargill last weekend.
The result has left Silver Ferns coach, Waimarama Taumaunu frustrated at the side's lack of consistency.
The remaining three tests in the series are in Australia with game three in Adelaide in two weeks.
