The Otago cricketers have taken their unbeaten run to 15 matches after scoring a super-over victory over the South African side the Highveld Lions in their latest match at the Champions League Twenty20 tournament in India.
The two sides finished on 167 to send the match into an extra over, with Jimmy Neeshan scoring an unbeaten 52 to keep Otago in the hunt.
In the extra over, Otago made just 13, the Lions scored the same but lost two wickets.
Otago were awarded the match because they hit more fours.
Otago have two wins and a no-result from their three pool matches and are well placed to make the semi-finals.
