Cherry-Evans commits long term to Manly

In NRL Grand Final week Manly's brilliant halfback Daly Cherry-Evans has sought to finally quash rumours that he's unhappy at the Sea Eagles by saying he'll be staying put for the "next seven to 10 years".

Rumours began circulating mid-season that the Brisbane Broncos were targeting Cherry-Evans to be the club's long-term halfback, but the Queensland Origin playmaker said he wasn't going anywhere.

And he's hopeful his halves partner Kieran Foran will be at Manly long term as well.
