Japan halfback Fumiaki Tanaka has re-committed to the Highlanders, while Otago forwards Gareth Evans and Tom Franklin have also signed with the Dunedin-based Super Rugby franchise.
Tanaka's back for the 2014 season while Evans and Franklin have signed for two years.
