All Whites to play Trinidad and Tobago in World Cup qualifier build up

6:24 pm on 2 October 2013

The All Whites will only have one more international game as part of their buildup to the World Cup intercontinental playoff for a place at next year's football world cup in Brazil.

New Zealand will play 83rd ranked Trinidad and Tobago in Port of Spain in two weeks time.

Prior to the match the All Whites will have a week long training camp in Los Angeles which will include two matches against Mexican and US club sides.

Just who the All Whites will play in the intercontinental decider next month will become clearer after next week's North and Central American qualifying games, particularly the Mexico-Panama game.

The winner of that match is likely to fill the fourth spot in the CONCACAF group and have to play off, home and away, against New Zealand for a place in Brazil.
