Hayden Paddon has won the Rally of Wairarapa to take the national title off defending champion Richard Mason.
In a winner takes all finale to the New Zealand Rally Championship, Paddon steered clear of trouble to claim all the honours on heavy gravel, winning by 13.2 seconds over Mason.
