Manawatu have kept their ITM Cup rugby Championship semi-finals hope alive with a 22-16 win over Northland in Palmerston North on Friday night.
Manawatu climbed into the top four with one game to go but Otago leapfrogged both them and Southland with their 37-23 win over North Harbour on Saturday night.
The Razorbacks have two games left and can still book a home semi.
