Last Bangladesh tour still hurts says Black Caps captain

The last time the New Zealand cricketers toured Bangladesh, the Black Caps were whitewashed 4-nil in a one day series but captain Brendon McCullum promises they won't be embarassed like that again.

The first test in the two match series is due to start this afternoon in Chittagong, with the Black Caps set to play two spinners Bruce Martin and debutant leggie Ish Sohdi.

The Black Caps only warm up match was washed out but with several members of the side having been playing for NZ A in Sri Lanka and others with Otago at the Champions Trophy tournament in India McCullum says they're much better prepared than three years ago.

McCullum says the results of that tour still hurt and it damaged several players careers and the sport in New Zealand.
