England, Spain, Russia and Bosnia-Herzegovina have all booked their places for next year's Fifa World Cup finals.
On the final day of European qualifiers England beat Poland 2-nil at Wembly and defending champions Spain beat Georgia 2-nil.
Wayne Rooney and Steven Gerrard scored the goals for England.
Earlier Russia and Bosnia confirmed top placings in their respective groups.
