Sth Africa sweat on Steyn's fitness

The South African cricketers are hoping their top pace bowler Dale Steyn will be fit to play in the second Test against Pakistan starting tomorrow.

Steyn spent time with the team's physiotherapist yesterday and didn't train at all, and a decision on the fitness of the world's top-ranked bowler to play won't be made until just before the match.

The Proteas, who were well beaten in the first test, could also be without their top batsman Hashim Amla who returned home last week for the birth of his second child.
