The Australian businessman and horse owner Lloyd Williams will have three runners to represent his stable in the 3.4 million dollar Cox Plate in Melbourne on Saturday, but Caulfield Cup winner Fawkner is not among them.
Williams, who had six horses among the third acceptances, has opted to run defending Melbourne Cup winner Green Moon, Seville and Masked Marvel in the 2 thousand metre race.
Williams has not won the Cox Plate, but has won the Melbourne Cup four times.
