Parramatta are set to parade their prodigal son Timana Tahu before the Eels faithful on Sunday, just days after the dual international's release from his rugby union contract.
Tahu was final freed from the last two years of his contract with the ARU yesterday after getting limited opportunities both with the Waratahs and the Wallabies, and a three-year NRL deal with Parramatta is likely to be tied up by tonight.
Tahu won't be playing for the Eels until next year because of an NRL ruling, and his need for surgery on a broken bone in his hand.
