Ticket sales for Sachin Tendulkar's last test have been a shambles, leaving many India cricket fans frustrated.
The Mumbai Cricket Association decided to only sell tickets online and not at ticket counters at the venue.
The tickets were only made available on Sunday, leaving many fans outside the region unable to make travel plans.
To compound problems, the website crashed not long after it opened.
Only 3,500 tickets were made available for the 30,000 capacity Wankhede Stadium.
