The Otago Volts swept past a sub-par total to beat the Northern Knights at Hamilton's Seddon Park with an over to spare on Friday night.
The Knights had downed the Volts away last weekend, but could only struggle to 151 for eight at home, after Otago captain Derek de Boorder won the toss and sent them in on a perfectly still evening.
Neil Wagner took four wickets for 33 and in reply the visitors reached their target with an over and a ball to spare, making 157 for seven, with Iain Robertson hitting the winning runs with a six.
